"Very disappointed with State Farm. I was formerly with Farmers but heard so many great things about State Farm so I switched. A rock hit my windshield and Rebecca first tells me that there is a 200 deductible. (I'm shocked because with Farmers Insurance they fixed my windshield no questions asked. They came out immediately and fixed my car). Then I'm trying to figure out how I'm gonna make this happen and still pay my insurance payment. So I called Rebecca again and then she tells me $100 Deductible. So I said that's better than $200. Its time for the safelight guy to show up and he tells me $200 and I'm like no that's not what my rep told me. I just made my car insurance payment. I called Rebecca to clarify and she pretends as if she doesn't remember telling me $100. I'm livid at this point because that's $300. And my windshield is in a mess. I'm currently looking for another insurance agency this is ridiculous. I should have stayed where I was."

I have called Kent at 6pm on a Saturday afternoon for help and he's always on it. His staff is friendly, professional and helpful. In addition Kent is very active within the community. For instance he's engaged with, supports and gives back to local schools and those that need help the most. All around great people and a pleasure to do business with."
